our Coaching approach

SKILL

The ability to control the techniques used in our training programs, firstly aiming 1 inch away towards the target location to develop self control. Through enough repetitions, building balance, strength, flexibility, stamina, quickness & timing we develop better abilities through skill.

KNOWLEDGE

The ability to understand what the martial dialogues used in training are, techniques & their names are used for & to know when to use them. Through attending classes regularly, each students own practice themselves, training in the Dojo & the many opportunities nearby & abroad we cultivate a martial mind of knowledge.

ATTITUDE

If the mind set is in harmony then wellness & an increasing awareness of themselves will move the student forwards in their training. When listening, discussing, contributing your thoughts & willing to shape yourself into an independent martial artist we can create together a social & fun atmosphere to be in.

CULTURE

Here our core values of fun, integrity & teamwork are underpinned by the practice & participation in martial culture, in particular the Karate classes through the Japanese cultural traditions & language. We are an Australian Club that has Dojo culture throughout the training, discussions & values of our Club. So if you want to take your training nearby or abroad you’ll be ready to step into doing the same thing there.
